Started in parts, learning Thermo King refrigeration units and breakdowns, working closely with technicians and customers to fulfill work orders. Procured parts, and became proficient in parts knowledge and skills.

Currently manage warranty for Thermo King of Houston, San Antonio, Temple, Pharr, Laredo and Corpus Christi. I ensure work orders are complete with all detailed information needed including complaint, cause, and correction, as well as ensure invoices parts and labor are accurate according to technician repair notes and knowledge of units. Actively communicate and advise with all locations and customers on warranty policies, register TK units, process pre-delivery inspections, store and ship parts, find cause of failure part numbers, advise on Thermo Kings centralized billing system, and consistently problem solve and resolve any issues that may arise.
