Marquise Justice

• In this position, I was the "Director of First Impressions", being the first point of contact for all guests that entered the building. I illustrated effecient and strong communcation and interpersonal skills through conversation over the phone or in person. I also kept a log of everyone who came in, conducted the Night Audit overnight, and collaborated and executed effecient teamwork in other departments of the hotel to ensure the best possible guest experience.

• I delivered high quality service to customers, handling at least 400 customers per day. I conducted elaborate communication and work with team members to successfully manage an order of operations, inventory, and created a clean work environment to uphold. I also handled various incidents and complaints by displaying empathy and ability to resolve conflicts and misunderstanding.

• This position required fulfilling online app orders efficiently. I managed to complete timed orders ranging from 20-40 minutes, allowing me to utilize my time management skills in order to get the ordered products out to the customer before they arrived in the parking lot. In addition, I stocked and organized the shelves and ensured that products we had in stock were always accessible and easy to reach for customers. I also was able to manage the inventory process flow by closely examining shelf life of various products, all while ensuring customer and order satisfaction showcasing efficient communication

skills.

• Provided advice and council to customers on plant selection based on their seasonal needs and desires. I also built deep and thorough customer connections and relationships with my service and positive attitudes, catering to the customer's request. Additionally, I ensured that the plants remained in great conditioning, displaying and utilizing efficient time management, attention to detail, etc. Overall, I maintained more than sufficient product quality and appeal to customer eye. I also guided and communicated complex concepts to customers in simple and accessible terms on how to care for and cater to their products or plants. To conclude, I also went along with handling the sales and monetary transactions and managed the inventory of the product that we owned.
