- Involved and experienced in egg house, fillet inspection, pack out, case up, and slime line.
- Typically worked 16 hour shifts daily contributing in various departments if help was needed.
- Maintained safe and sanitary working environment, including counters, conveyor belts, and floors, according to established local and government protocols.
- Scraped and cleaned seafood such as salmon eggs/roe and five different species of salmon.
- Constructed large volume of wooden shipping pallets using hammer and nails.
