I ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the gaming floor. I provide direct supervision of Table Games, Slot, F&B, Front Desk, Club, and Security Supervisors and Managers. I handle emergencies, resolve customer disputes, and maintain compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies. I work directly with law enforcement and security as a primary contact for security incidents and emergency situations. I provide daily detailed reports to my General Manager and other high ranking directors and managers.

Completed regular inspection and maintenance, as well as repairs to slot machines. Changed ticket paper in machines. Assisted slot manager in processing jackpot paperwork and completing cash payouts. Provided Superior customer service to casino patrons.

Completed deep cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning carpets, as well as buffing and polishing floors. Followed safety standards and procedures when handling, mixing, and storing hazardous chemicals. I was a solo employee for that position.

Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and assisting guests with their luggage, to and from the rooms. Parking and retrieving guest vehicles. Kept the front drive, key rack, and luggage area clean and organized. When COVID hit, I was one of the VERY FEW employees to get furloughed, and did not lose my employment.
