  • While doing deli production I prepared pizza’s, subs and salads to restock the cold case. Through out the night I would be prepare hot foods as they were called back. I also made breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal and sausage gravy for the morning rush. I would prepare the fried foods for the morning shift.
  • I worked as the coffee host while the regular girl was on vacation. The coffee host job included cleaning the coffee pots and making sure the grill was stocked with hot dogs and other grill items. I needed to keep the sugars, creamers, cups and lids stocked and the area clean for customers.
  • Before working in the kitchen I was a cashier in the fuel island. The cashier job included using the register, scale machine, fax machine and check machine. I also used a transflo machine and a cash machine. We also had lottery machines.
  • I also worked in the maintenance department. While working for the maintenance department I had to clean showers, bathrooms and make sure the store was clean and maintained. We also did laundry so the showers had clean towels.

  • I was a Nanny for an Asian couple. My duties started at 10:30 am. Sometimes it lasted until 10:30 at night. Their parents owned the Chinese restaurant in town. I would feed the children, teach them normal things parents teach. On long days I would take them home at night and bath them and put them to bed. I would watch the children 6or 7 days a week until they moved out of town.

  • We had international students stay with us while they were here learning English. Through the summer months we received 4-5 different students every 10 to 12 days. During the school year the students would stay with us for 1 semester at a time. I was contracted to feed them in the mornings and evenings. I had to make sure I was available to transport them not only back and forth to school, but also any activities they would be attending. We also were asked to take them around and show them what our part of Pennsylvania was like.
