I have always worked in the Outside Garden area focusing on helping customers select and successfully growing plants. I am knowledgeable about many products customers seek to enhance their homes and gardens.

Starting in 2016-2020 I worked as the Live Nursery Specialist. During this time I worked closely with the store manager and our plant sales increase over 50%, making our store #1 in plant sales in our region. It was my responsibility to see all areas of my department were successful, which greatly depended on working with co-workers.

I am a part time employee now but I have experience in:

Receiving of deliveries, including plants, and all manner of products.

Merchandising of products and following plan o grams.

Getting upcoming sales prepared, including signage,

Using the phone to help customers and associates.

Inventory

Taking an active role in keeping the store clean, organized and safe.

Keeping customer service a high priority.

As a Staples Associate I helped customers with many areas of their office supply needs.

I helped receive and put truck deliveries out.

I was responsible for processing customer returned products or manufacturer recalls.
