• Operated and helped launch one of the busiest nightclubs in Austin. I was responsible for the after hours operations which would regularly do 10k an hour in sales. This included VIP sections, 4 well bar, a stage and member ship club.
• Personally hired a new team that increased sales over 400% in 6months and created a wave in Austin. Hosted weekly trainings with industry legends to increase staff knowledge and sales potential.
• Responsible for maintaining great relationships with DJs, officials, vendors, VIPs, and private event clients.

• Directed daily operations including scheduling, ordering, permitting, training, and vendor/DJ relationships.
• Implemented event initiatives with many campus organizations to optimize revenue on slow days. During my time managing sales increased over 60% week to week.

• Opened Superstition and initially, hired, trained and developed the back of house team. During service worked directly with VIPs and manged the flow of service. Designed and implemented the BoH operations as well as organized inventory, product management, venue maintenance and scheduling. Independently managed and operated the venue cleaning crew.
• Managed service for multiple 150k+ nights.

• Opened Mayfair & Aquarium(SM) and developed their role model barback teams as well as helped create the BoH systems & ordering SOPs. Broke the Austin record in sales in one night for any bar at that time(Mayfair, F1).

• Worked on a international team of world class hospitality professionals. We got trained under an elite crew of cicerones, sommeliers, and chefs alongside some of the best bartenders in the world. Learned hospitality, cocktails, and bartending techniques in a speakeasy setting.
• 2nd American Hired on a team of elites from Europe

• Supervised camp activities and taught courses based around coding basics and robot development. Soley operated camps at 8 locations across Austin with anywhere from 5-12 kids per class
• Rated 4.93/5 over the course of 3 years and dozens of camps

• Elected to manage administrative logistics of event planning, including contract signing, permitting, fee collection, event safety, talent booking, event promotions, and client negotiations.
• Coordinated the safety, logistics, and artists of over 17 public events, the largest having over 1,200 attendees & two stages
