Accomplishments

    I would say out of my many accomplishments as a Process Engineer/Team Lead it has been taking a Preproduction Ford Explorer Value Stream from 8 Laser Welders to 4 Laser Welders
    through a Jishuken event that I spear headed with members of my department, we saved a total of $10,765,000 between the capital and labor but most importantly the department's views changed about lean culture.
