• Collect and update patient insurance information and collect any additional consents and documents needed for appointments. Request outside information for appointments adhering to HIPPA and Notice of Privacy Practices. Update Epic to reflect most recent lab work, any orders needed, and additional testing that may be required for the appointment. Answer large volume of phone calls regarding appointments, lab results, and other pertinent information that is requested by patients. If any clinical information is requested, I transfer to a clinical member of our team to ensure that information is correctly relayed to whom it needs to be directed toward. Run clinic according to schedule and any required preparation needed. Ensure all needed documents are collected and filled out properly and scan insurance and ID into Epic.

• Ran 1:1 ABA play therapy with children between the ages of two and six as set and regulated by the BCBA. Conducted Individualized trails for the child to measure and assess learning goals and outcomes. Conferred with the BCBA to update any learning goals and create new trails to assist the child with learning and mastering their behavioral goals. Helped assist the child with any bathroom needs as well as feeding during mealtimes as needed by the child. Worked alongside team of therapists to ensure risk management and safety procedures were followed and minimize any risks to the children. Attended monthly meetings to learn and continue to create new moments of learning for the child and learn about ABA therapy as a whole.

• Handcrafted quality beverages and food orders according to Starbucks recipes and specific food procedures to ensure quality and consistency in food and beverage quality. Worked alongside team of partners to create a welcoming, warm environment for customers wishing to find a 'third place' outside of home and work life. Followed strict cleaning and preparation standards as implemented by Starbucks to ensure cleanliness and quality service such as scheduled bathroom checks, mid-day counts of inventory and collection of any tips and cash transactions. As a shift supervisor, I was in charge of shift scheduling and staffing for the closing shifts. I ensured that there would be enough staff based on labor totals for each day. Additionally, I did inventory counts, pulls to thaw frozen food items and any needed inventory for next day preparation, and drawer pulls and counts for the nightly deposit each shift. Throughout the shift, I was also given the task of covering for Barista breaks as needed based on scheduling.

• Worked as a camp counselor for four summers between 2015 and 2018. Acted ' in loco parentis' or in place of parents as the primary caregiver for kids and teens who attended summer camp. Counseled cabins of ten plus boys ranging in age from seven to eighteen as well as ran scheduled program and activities as needed for daily camp activities such as skill periods, sporting activities, and arts and crafts. Additionally, was trained for high-risk management situations and prepared for any changes to camp activities as outlined by YMCA rules and regulations. Lead many different camp activities and group games, assisted kids with any specific goals or favorite camp activities to create great summer memories and consistent training and staffing.

• Packed large metal cases of books for schoolbook fairs according to schematic to follow consistency and correct counts of books according to each school fair. Exceeding expectations as four cases were expected in an hour and I was able to complete anywhere from five to six per hour. Utilized warehouse tools and procedures to ensure safety and correct practices were followed as directed by team leads and management. Worked in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment where each day was different from the last. New fairs may be added on same day, some fairs may have changed their levels (or amount totals) during the packing process. Quickly changed packing approaches as changes were commonly made.

• Ran any customer transactions as needed: deposits, cash advances, withdrawals, money orders, as needed. Followed strict practices for confidentiality and protection of sensitive customer information as outlined in training modules and banking laws and regulations. Assisted with any specific banking need that customer required sometimes as simple as giving totals and account information and as complicated as doing non-customer check cashing for payroll checks from our institution. Responsible for changing and checking the ATM outside for any damage, and redistribution of bills as they were implemented by WSB. Worked alongside other tellers and teller line supervisor to run shifts and ensure each teller had a break and that our daily flow was interrupted.

Worked in a box office, concessionist, and usher role in charge of ticket sales, food and beverage preparation, and cleaning of bathrooms and theatres at a local movie theatre. Ensured that all food and beverage prep was correctly prepared and ready for weekend evening showtimes. Worked with team to ensure cleanliness, quality, and timeliness of tasking was done to create best moments and a welcoming, fun movie theatre experience.
