  • My family and I began volunteer work with the United Nations WFP in 2008 to combat the famine in the Horn of Africa. As children of the bassist for (Bob Marley) and The Wailers, we had access to crowds of thousands to spread awareness and sell wristbands, of which 100% of the proceeds were donated. We also had batik T-shirts made to sell on Nantucket Island. In the present day, we use our small business, Notes From the North, to raise money to fight world hunger.
