  • I handle all online orders, pick up in store, and ship to home. I also place orders for customers and handle refunds and exchanges for in-store purchases, online purchases and orders that have not been picked up by customers or received. I pick pack and ship merchandise while keeping a daily long of all orders that go in and out. I also keep track of markdown merchandise. I am in charge of customer service, anything from processing purchases to resolving issues. I'm in charge of keeping the back stock room and on floor neat and in order. I also handle shipment check-in I check in packages an I placed them in order. I do curbside pickups, and build pallets of inventory that needs to be shipped back to the warehouse.

  • I keep library shelves clean and organized. I check-in and put books, movies, CD's, and audio books up in proper places. I find and pull material for customers, and I help them find materials with the computer.   • My key responsibilities at Blockbuster was to help customers with finding/selecting movies titles, and to check them out at the register. I would also up sell candy, popcorn, and soda. Stocking coolers and snacks was a daily must. I would open and close the store while checking in movies and putting them away in alphabetical order by genres while maintaining an organized workspace. I would also help customers join out rewards groups and get them signed up to be card holders.
