Build-A-Bear is a fun store where people come in and build their own personalized stuffed animals. At Build a Bear, I work as a sales lead, which includes the responsibilities of opening and closing the store, handling customer service, managing the sales floor, assigning associates to locations, modeling correct behaviors, and enhancing the guest's experience while achieving the store's sales goals. My first day at Build-A-Bear was in December 2022. By May 2023, I had been promoted to sales lead, a job I still hold today.
Queen of Everything is a modeling and beauty pageant company. As the Queen of Everything manager, some of my duties are to organize and email our clients, plan pageants, and help parents and kids with customer service. This requires me to be able to manage time and customers, along with accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes.
