• Perform teller related functions including check and transfer posting
• Perform balancing functions for individual GL accounts as assigned
• Perform teller transactions, general demographic changes, and other file maintenance on lending, collection, and servicing software
• Receive and distribute mail and update member account information
• Responsible for assigned data entry and timely and accurate preparation of documents for Consumer Lending departments
• Processes return mail and or fulfillments
• Monitors general ledger accounts including research and reconcilement.
• Maintain credit union records relating to board reports and negotiable items
• Proof and posts mailed in deposits
• Processes account maintenance including address changes, opt-out forms and other account relayed requests.
• Validates member information and processes verifications of deposit.
