I am hoping to learn new job skills to grow my career. I will be going to SCF in the fall for accounting to further my education past high school that I am graduating from on May 13th.

-Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions they had about the menu or restaurant.
-Handling phone calls for reservations or inquiries about the restaurant and menu.
-Ensuring the front-of-house are was clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
-Assisting with special requests and accommodating guests with specific needs or preferences.
-Collaborating with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
-Handling guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and ensuring their satisfaction.
