Starbucks Experience

Started out at Starbucks Ward Entertainment 2015 -2016 got to learn the basics

Then opened the Starbucks Nuuanu School Street Store was promototed to Shift Supervisor while working ther, while leading there I overcame many challenges, we opened the store without our SM present for the first two weeks, we successfully managed a 30-35% mobile order and pay daily average,

our store was also the 2nd store on the island at the time to introduce the nitro cold brew coffee, during that launch we were regularly ranked in the top 5 in the nation for Nitro Cold Brew Sales 2016-2018

Transferred to Waianae Starbucks 2018 at this time was living 5 minutes from this location and wanted to experience the community aspect of Starbucks!! Working there I quickly became pretty much family to the regulars and partners

Currently reside at the Nanakuli Drive-Thru Starbucks never had Drive Thru experience but did have experience in openeing brand new locations so it felt like a natural step to becoming a more well rounded partner, during my time here at Nanakuli our team has had a 78 score for customer connection
