They have held senior design and technical project team positions while also providing leadership in design technology at both firm-wide and local levels. As an industry leader in Design Technology and Digital Practice, they are actively involved in various professional organizations such as the Design Intelligence Design Futures Council, AIA LFRT CIO/DT group, and the Innovation Design Consortium. Currently serving as a Principal at their firm since 2018, they are responsible for firm-wide digital process management, design technology management/training, and leading cross-functional operational improvement initiatives. Additionally, they oversee the Digital Practice Studio, which focuses on advancing the future of practice through process-centered approaches that leverage technology to enhance efficiency, integrated delivery processes, data-integrated design/evaluation/simulation processes, as well as computational and generative design processes. Their diverse team of experts in BIM, computational design, visualization, and computer programming provides strategic support, operational planning, coaching and mentoring, training, and change management to address complex problems encountered by studios and project teams on a daily basis.
