Assisted the physician and emergency medicine doctors in patient care by documenting the dictated patient history, including history of present illness, review of systems, past medical and surgical histories, family and social histories, medications and allergies as well as document physical examination findings and medical testing results (EKG, MRI, CT, etc.). I will also document the patient's disposition, whether the patient will be discharged or admitted.
