I have recently received a certificate for training in dental billing and CDT coding as well as cross coding with medical codes. I have had my own Dental practice for more than 40 years and am professionally experienced in all phases of General Practice dental treatment. In addition, I was in charge of the administration of practice management. I established portal connections with all Dental Insurance companies and through CAQH established EFT and ERA connections, as well.

My responsibilities included oversight of the electronic submission and maintenance of the interface between the dental software and insurance submission through Trojan Clearinghouse. I utilized the NEA attachment software to submit documentation for claims and to respond to insurance company inquiries. I also reviewed all insurance submissions and reviewed all insurance payments and EOBs and reconciled any discrepancies. I have also participated in a peer-to-peer review.
