Took over center that was struggling with staffing and the budgetary requirements for some time. I hired a brand new staff created a new menu that took into consideration demographic need, cultural standards , and variety in the multi faucets operation. This was enhanced by the implementation of 21 different station in the dining hall per week also an snack bar operation that was operating 15 hours a day.
