Psychology student with a an interest in the research of human-animal interaction. I have a background in Public Safety Service where I often handle and relocate animals safely and effectively as well as extensive experience in customer service where I developed strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
Working at GVFD has allowed me to develop my social skills and problem solving abilities, when facing difficult tasks such as removing and relocating venomous animals without harming them while also practicing the recommended safety procedures to ensure no harm comes to myself in the process. Being in a public safety service has aided me in developing the ability to stay cool under pressure and exercise the resources available to me to come up with cohesive plans when faced with issues that require complex problem solving.
Working at Dairy Queen I learned to develop my auditory memory, and keep mental note of every customer interaction and order to ensure every product was being made with the exact details in which they had requested it. These processes of ensuring customer satisfaction included, typing customer orders into a computer while simultaneously making other items for separate customers or solving issues regarding payment or customer complaints in order to ensure maximum productivity and accuracy.
