  • Started as a Barista in January of 2021 and quickly promoted to Shift Supervisor within the minimum required time of 6 months. Leading a team of up to 9 people, I thrived in coaching for development, providing exemplary customer service, and mastering problem solving techniques such as but not limited to: Defusing high stress situations, Living within the mission and values while delivering results, and resolving conflicts with both staff and customers effectively.
  • Promoted to Assistant Manager in July of 2022. This role refined my leadership skills from being a Supervisor into a team oriented leader who crafts goal plans to meet all Key Performance Indicators, and surpass the company goals. Managed a team of 20+ baristas while working closely with peers to immerse myself in a learning role.
  • Promoted to Store Manager in August of 2023, and still currently in this role. Along with all the responsibilities of an Assistant Manager, I am solely responsible for a multi-million dollar business. Maintains inventory excellence. Regularly monitors sales growth, inventory accuracy, labor costs, Profit and Loss reports, cleanliness assessments, and customer satisfaction through store operation assessments/surveys. Investigates any concerning behaviors, performance manages 20+ partners, full autonomy to hire and fire based on company standards, prioritize and plan all upcoming events months in advance, crafts schedules to reflect earned labor within less than 0.5% variance, develops partners to reach their full potential.

Accomplishments:

  • Has worked in over 12 stores and has brought varying metrics up to be the best in that respective district in 10 separate stores- these metrics include: Sales growth, Customers Satisfaction, Store Operations, and Out the Window speed
  • Has trained 17 different baristas and 4 different Shift Supervisors. 6 of those partners went on to continue their development within Starbucks
