  • EPC Warranty lead for international sites including UAE, Jordan, and Australia
  • Internal and external point of contact for all field related services, domestically and internationally
  • Creating a cross functional team of technicians through training to provide support for field activities and warranty processing.

  • Co-Championed the Finishing Throughput team to break the manufacturing constraint from the finishing area using TOC and six sigma methodologies. Successfully reduced downtime and increased throughput to meet production goals.

  • Creating, developing, and implementing the preventative maintenance system for the entire finishing department throughout the development of two separate software systems, MP2 and Maximo.
  • Organizing, ordering, and maintaining the spare parts inventory for the finishing department. Key technician responsible for the hand-off to shipping when the Axapta system was brought online for inventory control.
  • Designated trainer for all new German and Malaysian associates within the finishing department as we expanded internationally.
