Front End Manager
- Responsible for managing customer expectations in delivering superior levels of service.
- Manage hiring, ordering, and inventory duties.
- Collaborate with Pharmacy Manager and Vendors to ensure smooth operations and consistent stock levels.
- Excel in sales and customer service, not only hitting but exceeding in-store sales goals.
- Plan and implement all seasonal floor sets to ensure they meet company standards and deadlines.
- Train and Develop all new front end employees.
- Manage time, establish priorities, and delegate effectively to meet goals and objectives.
- Decrease inventory shrinkage, by accurately ordering and closely monitoring daily operations.
- Maintain current, reliable information and data concerning vitamins, herbal products, skin care, and other over the counter products.
- Oversee cash flow of store, including cashier operations, and deposits.
- Efficient knowledge of QS1 POS Cash Register.
