Greet residence families as they come in and having them properly sign in and out of our books each visit they have with their family. I am also responsible for answering the phone, answering any questions I possibly can or transfer a call to the appropriate person. The job also consists of me doing the proper paperwork for admissions and discharges of the residents. It is very important just to keep my presence noticeable and making sure all residents and their families have their daily needs to make them happy..
