As a shift lead I performed opening and closing duties which includes counting cash drawers, setting and disarming alarms, preparing bank deposits, and opening the store. I strongly and effectively manage team members in a fast paced environment while ensuring customer service, product quality and store cleanliness. I also train new staff on company policies, product knowledge, POS systems, and customer service skills. All of this while also making sure ingredient and product levels are up to par.
