  • Provide problem resolution to issues that arise from services, systems, staffing, and facilities
  • Audit DMV data, cash, inventory, noncash assets, and transactions to ensure proper processing, settling, handling, and recording
  • I promptly report discrepancies to COR Deputy and DMV District Manager
  • Observe queuing system and front-line operations to ensure customer lines are moving properly and that each customer receives outstanding customer services in a friendly environment
  • Interpret and communicate information in a timely manner to team regarding regulation changes, new COR and DMV policies and procedures, directives, etc
  • Promptly report any suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to COR Deputy and DMV District Manager related to document or identity reviews
  • Confirm DMV Select compliance with agency policies and procedures for ordering, receipt and inventory of DMV operational equipment, supplies, forms and manuals
  • Review daily transactions for accuracy and ensure transactions are processed in accordance with COR/DMV policies and procedures
  • Review and determine if office is in compliance with CSCOM and DMV policies
  • I notify COR Deputy and DMV District Manager of any discrepancies
  • Ensure confidentiality of VA citizen’s driving records and supporting documentation through quality control reviews
  • As the DMV Select office supervisor, I am responsible to ensure I properly follow the Rules and Regulations governing the Information Security Policy
  • Compliance with policy regarding access, alteration, deletion, or release of any records of DMV except as necessary
  • Protect confidential and personal information and safeguard any information obtained while using the DMV systems.
