I'm glad you asked! One thing that I love about baking is you can create different pastries with different recipes and if you make a mistake, you can still come up with a name for it and sell it. Let me give you an example, I sold cocoa bombs when I was younger, and melting the chocolate and molding it was very difficult. I ended up finding a technique  to keep the chocolate in shape and after that, I started to sell them.
