My current responsibilities at Chilis as a host are opening the doors for; as well as greeting incoming guests, seating parties, doing callouts on our headsets for tables that need to be bussed, calling out open menu counts to keep the chefs prepared, cleaning menus, doing restroom checks to ensure it’s sanitary, tidy and all toiletries are properly stocked and pitching the rewards program to every party I seat. Occasionally bussing tables as well if needed and generally ensuring the establishment is running according to plan are all apart of my jobs responsibilities
