My responsibilities for this job consisted of answering phone calls promptly, answering customer's questions, and directing the servicemen to calls. I would also have to organize customer information and payments in our database.

I multitasked multiple responsibilities at this job such as greeting and helping customers, managing the register, posting on the social media accounts, and helping bake when needed. I also would help answer customer texts, emails, and phone calls.

I worked multiple different positions for this job including promotions, sales in the team store, security, and the concessions stand. This job required a significant amount of customer service.
