I have lived in western Nebraska on our family farm my entire life. My wife of 36 years and I currently own properties which were parts of both my parents families. We are blessed we were able to purchase them when the families decided it was time to sell. We, along with assistance form our adult children and our grand children as they become old enough take care of the day to day operations of our 2,560 acres of land and our commercial cow-calf operation.
Our children and now our grand children are our life. As we both have off farm jobs, everything we do, we do with an eye to the future to allow our children and grandchildren the opportunity to enjoy this lifestyle.
When we have down time we enjoy watching all forms of Nebraska Athletics and try once or twice a year to attend a game in person.
