As a Medical Office Assistant I have learned that communication is the key to making me a better MOA. Our role is to basically keep track of the patients information, as well as make appointments. You also have to have very good time management skills, this was something I struggled with before starting this job. I used to be a very big multitasker, is why I struggled. I have learned to take a task step by step, because it is very important to make sure the patients are very satisfied!
