As an Activation Specialist with Holiday Inn Club Vacations I contacted members of Holiday Inn and IHG to book vacations to one of 16 resorts in the US. With much success, I was able to build rapport with clients, offering great incentives with their packages, preparing them for a safe and fun trip. Detailed tasks included:
