My entire working career has involved the Convenience Store Business.
From starting in Store Management, Sales Manager to Sales Supervisor I've learned much about all areas of this business.
Mostly what I've learned is this business is Customer Service is #1.
Without it, none of this will happen. My working reputation speaks for itself.
I've taken every opportunity to attend conferences, seminars, meetings, conventions, or any other opportunity to learn more about this business. I've trained with many influential people who took the time to work with me and teach me about products , employees, or anything I could learn to make me a better person, trainer or boss to many of the employees, staff and friends I've met along my journey.
Now that I'm retired, I thought part time hours would be a good idea. I find myself bored and unfulfilled in my current job. I still have much to offer in this industry and would like a chance to still be part of it.
After my retirement from Chambers & Owen in 2015, I was hired back as a Consultant for Chambers & Owen Wholesale.
My job was to service my Hayward locations which included all the LCO retail locations.
Then they switched vendors .
That's when I devoted my life to Hayward Gourmet Popcorn.
I managed Convenient Stores in Eau Claire area.
My first store was owned by Jevne Home Oil.
I went on to run 3 different locations for them.
Over the years I managed for Thaler Oil, D.J's Mart, Golden Rule Oil.
