During my diverse position at this establishment, I would spend most of my time making calls to customers in attempts to bring them into our store to potentially purchase one of our vehicles. I would also set appointments for the these customers to come by the store. During the rest of my hours i would effectively work at the front desk checking customers into our store and deescalating situations. Part of my job was to scan and import customer invoices in the warranty department.

• Bussed and reset tables to keep dining room and work areas clean.
• Cultivated warm relationships with regular customers.
• Used slow periods to restock supplies, ice, trays, and delivery bags.
• Explained menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns.
