One of the areas that I am most proud of is saving the company money. One year I saved the company over $7,000 in credit card fees from just one customer by requesting they pay us by check instead of credit card. That was 10 years ago and we continue to save every year by avoiding those fees. I also saved the company money by getting quotes and discounts from other freight carriers. We were using one carrier for over 15 years. I suggested we look into the cost of other carriers and we realized that we were overpaying by using the old carrier.

The other area that I am proud of is my relationship with our customers. I cannot think of one time that a customer has had a bad experience with me. Customer service is very important to me and I consider many of our customers my friends and they feel the same towards me.
