  • Lead and developed a 6-week Leading-Self course for AstraZeneca (AZ) global employees. I was responsible for leading live virtual sessions every week and creating content and agenda for each discussion. Presented each AZ Value and incorporated them into our discussions each week while sharing resources and opportunities to further their skill set and company outreach.
  • Worked closely with Medical Affairs (MSL and CSL) over the past five years to expedite their relationships with all specialists in the district so they can effectively access key targets. Helped set up visits, one-on-ones, and dinners to get them in front of top targets to cover respiratory portfolio.
  • In preparation of respiratory specialty reps training on FASENRA, I partnered with our local biologics reps to conduct 3 virtual meetings with my district to review disease state and Access 360 Program to help base reps in their clinical confidence and knowledge in specialty pharmacy procedures. This lead to me presenting information on a national call.
  • Mentored several new hires throughout the organization over the last 4 years.
