• Paint corrections.

Refinished paint to match panels accumulate fine dust particles during the cure process. My tasks for finishing include- Sanding to level clear coat layer. Buffing to remove the fine grit scratch marks. Polishing to enhance the color and shine of the like new panels. Swirl removal is tasked on the darker colors of paint due to the build up of heated compounds.

• Detailing.

Complimenting beautifully finished paint to match panels entails. Removing all trash along with vacuuming the remaining small debris. Wet and dry cloths for the seats, dashboard, doors, and all the door jams. Maybe a wipe of armorall if the customer permits. Followed by the exterior wash. Removing the hard muck that keeps the vehicle from looking prestine. High concentrated degreasers for rims and heavily accumulated dry bugs. Tire shine as the cherry on top. Rags for a spot free finish.

•Teardown & Reassemble Technician. / Bodyman Assistant.

New collision jobs require to be disassemble within the entire hit radius where damage can been seen. Here I'm pulling off bumpers, and inner door panels. To see if damage has gone further into the integrity of the vehicle. Removing interior panels looking for damaged wires. Now the vehicle Is ready for the estimating agent from the insurance company to evaluate fully.

Once the vehicle has moved through the shop back to the reassembly stage. I'm tasked with puzzling the bumpers and doors back into their fully functional and secure positions. When the vehicle is back in order for operation it comes to the final stages of buffing and detailing.

-Remove debris from new paint to match panels.

-Buff and Polish panels to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Detailer.

-Vacuuming, wiping down, and removing accumulated trash from inside the vehicle.

-Exterior washing with concentrated soaps and grease cleaners to deliver are close to New, look for a customers vehicle.

•Baker.

-Aquire, measure and mix the ingredients to make goods for Cafaterias and Resturauntes.
