  • Developing a new CRISPR-based technology termed precision-guided sterile insect technique (pgSIT) in Aedes albopictus and Anopheles gambiae for mosquitoes population control.
  • Collaborated with several postdocs and professionals to advance research and gain deeper understanding of gene editing and DNA assembly tools.
  • Using DNA assembly tools- Gibson cloning , Golden gate cloning, vector designing to link multiple DNA elements, PCR, restriction digestions, Sanger sequencing to generate genetic sexing mosquito strains.
  • Maintained records of research findings with analysis and evaluation of results.
