As the manager of my college club, I’m responsible for keeping everything organized and running smoothly. I lead meetings, help set goals for the group, and make sure everyone stays on track with their tasks. I also plan events like workshops or fundraisers and handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes logistics, like booking spaces or coordinating with speakers.

I communicate with both our club members and the school to make sure we’re meeting any requirements and staying active. I also help manage our budget, promote the club to new students, and try to create a welcoming space where people feel comfortable getting involved. It’s a mix of leadership, planning, and teamwork and it’s taught me a lot about organization and communication.
