Growing, finding new products customers would use on a daily basis and also ensuring our product is cost effective and if not, finding new manufactures to stay competitive.

• Responsibility, making sure drivers are on schedule, product coming in is getting received correctly, and most importantly the doors are opened on time and we are ready to help the customers.
• Sales, providing a passionate and consistent attitude customers can depend on. Providing outside sales the information needed to land larger quotes with customers. Bringing a quality and competitive product to the front to ensure new customers are satisfied and will return in the future.

Competently and correctly taking down list, making sure all of the part are congruent and will work together, and if not, verifying with the electrician these are the correct parts.

• time management, customers do not want to wait, i made sure all will calls were pulled and ready to go, and all deliveries are on schedule to leave when the customer expected.
• books, making sure all cash/credit card sales were processed correctly the previous day. If a discrepancy is found, try to fix the issue while maintaining a good relationship with the customer and not taking a loss for the company.

learning parts, bringing the correct supplies to the job, ensuring the least amount of trips back to the truck and or supply house.

• tools, using and maintaining my own personal hand tools, knowing which to bring for what kind of job we are doing that day.
• circuits, pulling the correct gauge and number of wire, to ensure everything turns on at the finish.
• work ethic, showing up on time and trying to be a good hand for the journeyman.
