• My job responsibilities as a packer include anything from packing4' x8' finished/ painted panels, to packing small finished accessories on time
• As a panel builder I must be proficient in using the correct power tools and know what parts to locate to assemble panels and doors to frames also building cabinets and decorative hoods for kitchens all while adhering to the quality standards
• As a floater I have taken over other tasks such as inventory ordering, training new members of the team and taking over as team leader for short terms when needed and delegating work to other employees
• I am used to communicating with many others throughout the factory as a team and using software programs to update and track the product we need done on time
• I am always willing to learn more to help in other departments as needed to keep production moving evenly and consistently
• I am also mechanically inclined and am glad to fix any problems if they are in my range of knowledge
