•Determine current variation between states in liver and heart-related mortality rates.

•Measure variation between states in access to liver and heart transplantation, as measured by transplantation rates of residents of each state at any liver and heart transplant center with donor organs from within or from outside their state of residence.

Objective of Study: Improve on existing single measure (distal contractile integral (DCI)) used to
diagnose abnormalities in patients with chest pain and dysphasia by measuring pre- and
post-peak swallows using esophageal pressure topography and computing the DCI for each.
