I work all positions in the bakery. I bake some days. I decorate cakes. I run the deli or do production. When I manage I run the shift put away all the loads and do the ordering. I also count inventory every other month.

• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and dining facilities.

• Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers in such settings as take-out counters of restaurants or lunchrooms, business or industrial establishments, hotel rooms, and cars.
