When working as a crew member you would have to do many task in a day. You had to really learn how to multi-task because when you are taking orders on the intercom you have to also makes the drink and make sure you are fast and persistent because orders would come by fast and cars would stack if you are to slow. which that leads to customers leaving. As a crew member you would also have to wash dishes, take out the trash, clean tables, stock up items and equipment, sweep, mop and many other task. As a crew member you would have to treat customer with respect be very nice and be very understanding. You would also have to provide support to the customer and make sure that they're being taken care of.
