- Helped develop my team and store into being the number 1 store for sales in Arizona by pushing team member and shadowing team members to help develop there skills and how to over come from hard rebuttals which drove sales. In the last 250 days, 6,320 has been the number for the conversion rate in the 63 region, at a 17%, 5 percent higher on average than other stores in the region.
- Through teaching and serving my team, my personal stats for the last 300 days have been 512 memberships at 6320, with a 20.4% conversion rate, 139 flock sales, and a 7% ceramic upgrade percentage; 6321 GO, 150 memberships with a 58.4% conversion rate; and 8103 GO, 129 memberships with a 72.5% conversion rate.
- As an ASL, I have the opportunity to make the schedule, which helps me pair up team members and management to make sure sales are always rising, and every team member is being taught all the new rules, the improvements to the approach, and are able to voice any concerns when an issue is discovered.
