• I was mainly an overnight receptionist. I scanned in the papers, dated them, and assigned them to the correct resident.
• I answer every phone call before transferring them to either of the nursing stations in the building.
• Greeted visitors and provided them with assistance.
• Performed data entry tasks into various computer systems accurately and promptly.

I was Culver's main custard person, so I trained every new employee on custard, or any of the different stations there.

• Provided excellent customer service to maintain a positive atmosphere for guests.
• I bagged the groceries for every customer who needed help.
• I brought in carts during downtime, or I would put back the items that were misplaced.
