As Work Center Supervisor directed 8 personnel in correcting over 2,500 electrical discrepancies throughout the ship. These improvements lead to successfully completing 5 Light Off Assessments, 13 Engineering Certifications and two 7th Fleet deployments. Conducted training quarterly for 150-300 engineers on electrical safety, firefighting and rapid response efforts to ensure preparedness for Damage Control inspections as well as real-time scenarios.
