I was accepted into this academy in 9th grade and stayed in it through 12th grade maintaining an A all four years. During this period I shadowed in multiple departments at a local hospital and was able to learn about the different departments that make up healthcare.

I shadowed Dr.Muhammed and learned a lot about medical research & different types of studies to develop new treatments, diagnostics and preventative measures for different diseases.
