I am a sales associate at AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables, I started selling in the showroom floor with no experience and I made my way up to the ECOM Sales Department , one of my duties is to reach out to customers that are in the market for used or new cars, book the appointment with them and once in the store close the sale . Maintaining a good relationship with customers has helped me get a lot of referrals. There has been slow moments when we do not get a lot of traffic and we need to provoke the sale, then I will start calling old leads or previous customers that have bought and this always makes the way for new sale to come. My most powerful tool is my cellphone this helps me be in touch with my customer 24/7. Our department requires for the closing percent to be equal or higher than 8% due to my hard work my closing percent will always be higher than 10%.
