- Overseeing/ Supervising staff and clinical operations of Specialty Departments to include Gynecology, Pediatrics, Urology, General Surgery, Podiatry and Allergy, Maintaining and ensuring compliance in licensing, certifications, and competencies
- Updating and evaluating Nursing/MA competencies and decisions according to current nursing practices annually
- Serving as an resource and or liaison between Administration, Clinicians, Staff, and other Departments
- Participating in Nursing Leadership and Nurse Peer Review as needed
- Identifying and participating in quality improvement projects for site
- Performing Direct Patient care and conducting monthly staff meetings to evaluate departmental needs as well as communicate operational updates.
- Established and maintained effective communication with staff, physicians and community organizations to promote high quality patient care
